The loss of a loved one can be one of the most difficult times in a person's life. Losing a loved one means making many important decisions in regards to their posthumous accounts and funeral arrangements. But an additional decision must be made if the family believes that the loved one's death was due to the negligence of another. In this case, the family must decide whether or not to file a wrongful death claim.The wrongful death lawsuits which followed the suicide death of Junior Seau, a former NFL football player, have been combined with a lawsuit in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia lawsuit was filed against the NFL and deals with player concussions. Almost 4,000 players have joined in this lawsuit.
